For me personally I’ve really found mindfulness meditation to be beneficial. It sounds goofy but I promise you it is science based and really helpful. I also really would recommend both seeking help from a counselor as well as finding an exercise plan that you can enjoy. Exercise is such a great way to help with anxiety.
