Hey Guys,

I was wondering if you might have a discussion in one of your upcoming podcasts (perhaps with some expert types) about what could be done to most effectively improve the existing healthcare law (ACA). It seems there is a lot of discussion about improving access and alot of discussion about improving care, but not alot of real specifics about how either the ACA, or the ‘AHA’, will actual accomplish those goals in the long run. Neither plan attempts to address increasing drug or hospital costs, or how insurance companies or going to attract younger plan participants. Obviously single payer is a possible answer — but since passing single payer in the current legislative environment seems as unlikely as Republicans praising Obama it would be nice to look at other options.

Thanks!
