“Justify” suggests you are referring to not being “to emotionally attached” to your solution. Although, if we replace it with “rationally explain” (why you did it this way), I would be *for* this kind of behaviour. For once, it could clarify the underlying reasoning which gives the possibility to speed up the learning process and save the pull requester from committing further mistakes in the future. Also, we cannot exclude the possibility of the reviewer being wrong ;).
