Don’t hide behind the offline-ness of your product! 


We all know that ecommerce will be the main commerce channel — those who don’t adapt and create a real omni- channel experience will die. Sooner than some might think. Still, no one would want to by a fresh baguette online — we still appreciate a Sunday morning visit in the boulangerie around the corner, don’t we?.

Anyway, you will see the time coming when even this purchase will be digitally influenced — the way there, the pre-order, the payment, the sharing, the bonus program, etc.
