Nice article. It reminded me of the moments I spent processing the day’s stress by merely sitting outside my flat, listening to the wind rustle the leaves in the trees and caress my skin. All of this made the act of watching the branches sway above me incredibly soothing, every sense being engaged by something concrete instead of mental projections. I guess this isn’t exactly what you’re talking about but I guess we process things sensually in different ways. Still, a good piece.
