I know how this sounds, you’re probably asking yourself “how can i move forward if i think backwards?” but Thinking backwards here refers to a technique of achieving your goals by working from the top to the bottom.
Thinking backwards is a goal achievment technique in which you envision yourself as already being where you want to be and think your way backwards as to the steps that took you to that level from where you actually currently are.
