Thx, Matt for this bunch of information about chatbots.
It will be so interesting to see what happens in the near future and to work on the ux of human-bot interaction, cause this time there is a stone age mental model about — how this should work in every user(sorry human) on the world.
So for this Natural User Interface or #Conversational User Interface (http://alistapart.com/article/designing-the-conversational-ui) we have to develop our tool kit of #ux methods to deliver a great experience to the user, cause we have to experiment a lot about how to combine chat and #GUI interactions.
