I am keen to understand it right, is this chatting with real professionals or chatbots of the product / service provider?

Irrespective if its with real people or bots, how do I start the conversation? I normally prefer WhatsApp or texting. Do I have a link in WhatsApp to click to start the conversation? Or do I install Chat UI of each product / service provider?
