Okay, hold on. The $300 tickets, at least at the venue closest to me, were the floor seats, which are usually the most expensive, because you’re up close and personal. You could get real seats farther back in the stands or higher up for either $40 or $75 a piece, which still isn’t free but is a lot more reasonable to see an elaborate stadium tour featuring probably the most significant female artist right now (sorry not sorry Taylor). I bought two tickets for my sister and I in the stands, for a grand total of $180. Not nothing, but I would say in reach (much more than $300 a piece plus Ticketmaster charging you for the privilege of running your credit card). Things and experiences often cost money, and wishing everything was free seems a bit unrealistic.
