What do I exercise?
Does sex count as exercise?
Should self-defense as exercise?
Is meditation exercise?

I shouldn’t forget that I’m over-weight
But I’m strong
My mind isn’t strong
I hope it is

Is exercise lead to strength
Why do we do exercise in the first place
Isn’t it frustrating to do the same thing over and over
Or do you do something new everytime

Does that mean you’re not exercising then
When you repeat
Or does that mean you have deeper work to do
Exercise alone won’t help

I just want to have sex
That’s sort of easy
It’s not as painful
As working on your weaknesses
