How To Transfer: A Quick Guide to Transferring on D-ETF. 📑
Learn how to move your funds securely and efficiently.
Transferring funds on our platform allows you to trade crypto, stocks, commodities and ETFs seamlessly. Here’s a concise guide to help you navigate this process smoothly:
1. Log into Your Account: Begin by logging into your account on our platform.
2. Navigate to the Deposit Section: Once logged in, navigate to your Dashboard. Within the Deposit section on the right hand side.
3. Choose the Currency: Select the cryptocurrency you wish to transfer. We accept USDT/USDC on Ethereum and Tron. Please note that the minimum deposit is 25$.
4. Generate a Deposit Address: After selecting the desired cryptocurrency, the platform will generate a unique deposit address for you for the specific coin. This address serves as the destination for your funds and is essential for ensuring a safe and accurate transfer.
5. Copy the Deposit Address: Carefully copy the generated deposit address to your clipboard. Double-check the address to ensure accuracy, as sending funds to the wrong address can result in permanent loss of your cryptocurrency.
6. Initiate the Transfer: Using a wallet or exchange where you currently hold the cryptocurrency you wish to transfer, initiate a transfer to the deposit address provided by the trading platform. Follow the prompts within your wallet or exchange to complete the transfer process.
7. Wait for Confirmation: Depending on the cryptocurrency and network congestion, it may take some time for the transfer to be confirmed on the blockchain. You can monitor the transfer within the Activity section in your Dashboard.
8. Start Trading: Once the order is set to ‘filled’, the funds will appear in your account, and you’re ready to start trading! 9. Withdraw: To withdraw, you can use your Tron wallet address. Navigate to your Dashboard, then to Funding and then to the Withdraw section on the left hand side. Make sure you have completed the KYC process. Then, you can withdraw directly to your USDT wallet using your Tron wallet address. Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount is 130$ DUSD and the maximum 5000$ DUSD daily. The DUSD will be converted to USDT when you withdraw. Once you have initiated the withdrawal, you will typically receive your funds in less than 24 hours.
