Amish Barns and Homes

When driving through Amish country, it is such a pleasure looking and wondering if it is an Amish home.
Clue One is to notice the driveway — is it packed dirt with evidence of horses having gone by.
Clue Two is to look for evidence of any cars, tractors or such equipment.
Clue Three is to note the orderliness. There is never any ‘junk’ surrounding an Amish farmhouse or barn.
There is almost a rest-filled feeling as we drive by the simpler way of life.
