I like really liked the way that you chose to make a cookie in a different way, instead of baking. As well I enjoyed that you brought your own spin from a cultural background onto the cookie to make it more personal. I wish that were more cookies like this, because the idea is extremely creative and that I could end up learning to do more cookies like this. What if you used a frying pan? Would that have changed the tendency of the cookie? Or would it have been about the same. Overall, really nice job.
