I liked the fact that the cookie had an interesting texture and the idea of spice in it is also intriguing. The idea of a spicy cookie is also interesting since we always picture a cookie to be sweet and this was a nice change from that perspective. I wish I had seen your PowerPuff girl cookies because honestly, that sounds amazing, haha. Especially the “everything nice” part. What if you had continued with your second idea how would you have liked for it to turn out? Was there a specific way you hoped for it to taste? Very much enjoyed the cookie and your process for it was very well and smartly done!
