Soft skills like communicating and leadership are usually measured in roleplays, questionnaires and sometimes by using the 360 degree feedback method. Although these methods offer advantages, they are often time-consuming and costly. A more contemporary way of assessing soft skills like leadership is by using game-based assessments.
DEVELOP’s game-based leadership assessment captures behavioural elements in such a way that it is related to actual behaviour. It is an appealing and cost-effective way to assess your leadership skills. The game can make a distinction between a player’s disposition (intention to act) and behaviour. This is a crucial element in both determining potential, and the effort needed to get the player up to par.
