What is Medium?

A first post.

I heard about this platform called “Medium” a few months ago and signed up for an account. As it turns out that account still exists, I’m writting this post with it right now. After killing my Tumblr blog, my Wordpress install, and even my Facebook page. I’m on the search for a place where I can dump my mind farts for others to read. Will the posting of this paragraph convince me a enough to stick with Medium? I have no idea.
