I loved the article and the first thing that came to mind was the same question that Benjamin had.

I try and meditate every morning — nothing fancy, just closing my eyes and letting my mind wander, then gently cajoling it back to my breathing.

I am a computer geek, so here is how I plan on journaling —

I am ardent fan of Evernote, so I’ll create a book named journal and then probably create sub-books for months, I already have my main tags setup, which are .what, .when, .why and .where.

After which you can create sub tags under these 4 main tags and add them to journal entry as required.

There may be times when you are away from a key board, you may then use Evernote on your mobile device and if you are feeling really lazy, you can just record your journal entry in your voice or write it on any paper and just click a photo and add it to Evernote.
