Thank you for sharing your story about writing. I did enjoy your text. I also do writing to keep myself sane as you said. However, it isn’t entirely correct when you said “I never meditated, so I don’t really know. All I know is that they tell you not to think about stuff when you meditate.” Because, the basic thought about meditation is knowing what you feel, either good or bad, happy or sad or everything and just let it be there. Not erase them from our memory because, obviously, we cannot do that. Just be aware that they are there in our mind. And we know they are there. That’s enough.
