Purpose Drives Performance
Aaron Hurst

Not sure I follow the “purpose” description of working people. How do people who work because they have to pay bills and provide, but seek fulfillment elsewhere, fit into this? Especially if they are productive and successful in the work place? Is “purpose” equivalent to “I see fulfillment from my job, my job is everything”. Is it a substitute for “workaholic” in some cases?
