Here’s a few albums/bands I’ve been enjoying this past month:

Season of Sacrifice by Taatsi

Absolutely amazing black metal from Finland. Season of Sacrifice is a 2 song album and available for free on Bandcamp.

Marikina by Necrodios

I reviewed this album a couple of months ago for Puregrianaudio. It’s a great blackened death metal album and I’m suprised these guys aren’t better known. Marikina is going to be released this summer by the band. Really cool stuff, that you need to hear by a great Canadian band.

Moon Worship by Giant of the Mountain

Yes, I am working with this band now but I’m still mentioning them! Great music that straddles the line between blackened death metal and thrash. Throw in some progressive elements and you have a unique album that’s both insanely good and catchy.
