TRIPLE SCHEZWAN RICE RECIPE

It is a popular lip-smacking Indo Chinese dish prepared with a combination of noodles, rice, and vegetables and served with spicy schezwan sauce.

PREPARATION TIME — 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 10 minutes
SERVE FOR 4 PERSONS

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Chinese rice
1 cup chopped boiled hakka noodles
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp chopped celery
1 cup finely, sliced vegetables (carrots, capsicum, cabbage)
2 to 3 drops orange-red color
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1/2 cup schezwan sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil in wok over a high flame, add the garlic and saute until it becomes golden brown.
Add the celery and vegetables and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the schezwan sauce and cook for another minute.
Add the rice, noodles, orange-red color and salt and mix properly.
Toss for a few seconds until all the ingredients are mixed. Serve hot.
