To replicate slacks “success” by using social psychology against customers long-term interest in work-life balance and continuity of team/company culture, may be good for your wallet but won’t do much for your soul. (Though the fact that you’d do such a thing kinda indicates you don’t really have one to be concerned about in the first place.) “Good design” indeed.
