The tech industry has blown up over the past two decades, and it’s showing no signs of slowing down. Since the turn of the century, over 10,000 different Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies have been created.

Businesses are one of the largest consumers of these products. On average, companies with 200–500 employees use about 123 unique SaaS subscriptions. These services are all necessary, but managing their payments can be a hassle.

Fortunately, a new product built to solve this exact problem has just released its beta — Billisimo!

Billisimo is the one place to manage your business’s ever-growing subscription services.

What Exactly Does Billisimo Do?

Billisimo aims to streamline your bill-paying experience to make it as smooth as possible.

Here are the highlights of Billisimo’s offerings:

Subscription Manager

Billisimo’s main feature is the subscription manager.

After you type in your subscriptions’ information, Billisimo will sort them into a list.

From there, view all your services in one, organized location.

Email Parser

One issue that any company’s financial manager has to deal with is the constant inbox clutter.

They’re always receiving some email related to the company’s subscriptions. Whether it be about a price increase, upcoming due date, or an invoice, the emails never stop.

Billismo eases this problem by creating a new inbox for your subscriptions. When you create an account, you’ll also make a Billisimo email address. Reroute your billing emails to this address, and the email parser will read and import the important data onto your account.

Here’s an example of how this works:

Let’s say you just got your invoice from Trello on March 28, and it cost $30 for the whole month. When your Billisimo inbox receives this, its code will look through the email, pick out the important data (due date — 3/28, bill amount — $30), and import it to your subscription database.

SaaS Spending Calculator

If the email tool wasn’t good enough, your finance team has another reason to love this product.

On the home screen, there’s a summary of the total amount of money spent on subscriptions — monthly and yearly — as well as the total amount of services used.

Managing a part of your company’s finances just became a lot easier. There’s no longer any reason to add up your subscription cost manually; Billisimo does it for you.

Payment Reminder

Keeping track of bill payments isn’t the most thrilling task, especially when there are so many different ones. Most of the time, they’re not even due on the same day.

With Billisimo, you don’t have to worry about this anymore. You’ll be reminded one week before the bill is due, and then once again three days before. Life becomes a whole lot less stressful when you don’t have to think about the bills!

Sounds Great; Where Can I Get This Product?

It’s currently in the beta stage, but you can request an invite off the Billisimo homepage. Each account comes with a 30-day free trial.

With a relatively low cost of only $100 per month, Billisimo will easily pay for itself in the time it saves your business. Growing companies are only going to keep adding more SaaS subscriptions, so I highly recommend using this product to get organized early on.
