I will admit it is really hard to actually get out of bed, but once I do, it’s pretty easy to throw on a pair of shorts, t-shirt, and running shoes and go out for a 30-minute jog.

I find that having shorts and shoes ready right beside the bed and/or having your phone in the kitchen makes it a bit easier to get out of bed :P Do you have your own ways of helping you to get out of bed?
