As a patch, I recommend everybody to tag their responses with a tag called “Responses”. That way, if some Chrome extension-maker drifted by and wanted to make responses a separate column on Medium (and on Medium’s Stats page), they would just have to crawl the web page for the tag “Responses”).

And even if this is a very bad idea, everybody tagging their responses with this tag (“Responses”) will lead to the “Responses” tag ending up on the front page (where “ICallThisLook” currently is).

That will surely get the attention of the Medium team (even if nothing else will).
