Believe it or not, a future where a team of 8 guys make billions of dollars replacing thousands of people with automation, who right now are earning liveable wages, is our future

It’s going to happen. Maybe not in our lifetime, but it will happen.

In the future, when everything is automated end-to-end, less humans will be needed.

Companies themselves will become human-less, running on robots and computers end-to-end. From extracting iron and aluminium to the delivery of your VR device, the whole supply chain will be automated.

Self-managing. Companies will need nobody to look after them. Self-correcting and self-healing systems will be created that will require no management for hundreds of years.

Quite sadly, the number of humans required to exist to make the world work will decrease.

It’s not a good future for our growing population, but it is the future. The population of the world has increased beyond what is comfortably sustainable.

In the probable words of Paul Graham, there will be a market correction in the future regarding the human population.

Well, it’s either that or SpaceX takes us to new planets for colonisation, and we spread out of Earth like a cancer.
