I know you’re not going to reply to this (because you simply don’t have the time?), but I want to put what I’m about to write out there.

When you say over-promise and over-deliver, do you mean to say “promise more than you can do (or rather, what you think you can do), then do more than you promised”?

If so, then what about when I really can’t over-deliver when the time is up and the deadline is reached?
