OncoSight for accurate and speedy detection of Brain tumor.
Introduction:
Our platform is dedicated to advancing medical image segmentation, with a special focus on accurately detecting brain tumors from MRI scans.
We’ve developed this website to assist doctors, streamlining their diagnostic process and saving valuable time. By inputting medical images into our system, healthcare professionals can receive predictive insights into the type of cancer present.
Additionally, we offer a news and articles section for updates on diseases and medical advancements. To enhance accessibility, we provide a video call feature, facilitating remote consultations between doctors and patients, particularly beneficial for those in remote areas unable to visit a medical professional in person and a 24/7 chatbot assistant which helps to assist query related to brain tumor and lung cancer.
Why OncoSight?
We discovered that there are existing models that can predict the type of brain tumor, but no platform allows for the upload of an MRI image and provides results. That’s when we came up with our solution. During the hackathon, we also thought of incorporating a one-on-one video call feature between doctors and patients, adding the latest articles and news related to these diseases, and a chatbot assistant for any queries related to these illnesses.
Network Architecture
How our Project works?
Initially, the application presents a login screen where existing users can directly log in using their email and password. If you are a new user, you must create an account. After going through the authentication process, you will be directed to the brain tumor screen where you can upload the MRI image. The platform will then predict the type of brain tumor you have, which could be glioma, pituitary, meningioma, or no tumor at all. Additionally, the platform provides a brief description of the tumor detected.
