I am currently using the first generation “never settle” One Plus One Android smartphone whose blazing fast features have had me bowled over. To begin with — it is a phenomenal value for money with an enhanced Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor providing the phone with incredible speed and integrated peak performance based on Android 4.4. My phone comes with a 64GB internal storage capacity — which is another efficient feature because that makes the phone a value for money with an extensive memory space. Two significant features of this phone which attracted me the most was its Corning Gorilla Glass 3 screen that makes it 3 times more sharper and scratch proof — and the the six different physical lenses (the best being Beauty mode!) by default that helps one take pictures in different kinds of light with precision and less distortion. The rear camera comes with a 13 megapixel display and the front camera with a 5 megapixel display with a capacitive touchscreen size of 5.5 inches.

The phone comes with a non-removable battery but that is not an issue because till now I haven’t yet faced a hang-up problem with the phone. The charger is one attractive piece since it is not a dull pale black or white one but a bright red that is catchy and sounds funny, but often I like to see my phone being charged by that bright red streak. One Plus One is a”flagship killer” and it often makes me wonder what sense it makes for a brilliant phone like this to be this inexpensive because it doesn’t show any sign of it being a first generation smartphone from a newly launched company. Its high end hardware with an equally high end design makes it a dream purchase and to top that — for a girl like me — I can carry it off like a beautiful accessory.

PS. I am sure even if I end up buying a new phone next year — this one will continue being used for at least the next six months. Happy ‘never settle’ user ! :)
