The highly anticipated #AsiaCup is here, and with it, the Dialog Fantasy League, or #DFL for short, is back to make a winner out of you. And this time the stakes are higher than ever. A brand new iPhone and a 4G-enabled Dialog smartphone are up for grabs, as are a batch of original Sri Lanka Cricket replica t-shirts and fan t-shirts. More importantly, it promises to be a whole lot of fun.

How it works

If you’re new to Fantasy Leagues, the basic idea of the game is to build a dream team with players of your choosing and have that team go against those of your friends and other fans.

Your #DialogDreamTeam’s score will depend on the performance of your individual players in the actual #AsiaCup tournament, in terms of batting, bowling and fielding.

You are allowed to purchase a maximum of six players from each country taking part in the tournament. Anyone you like. (As long as they meet the requirements). You will be given a total of 1,000,000 credits for this purpose.

At the end of the tournament, the team with the highest score wins (obviously). In the event two ore more teams have gathered an equal number of points, factors such as ranking and order of confirmation will be taken into consideration when deciding a winner.
