This is a fabulous post, but I think you’re missing a section. The definition of a PM should be: A Product Manager helps their team (and company) ship the right product to their users *at the right time*. Products have a lifecycle and the order you build things does matter (sometimes more than what you build), so I think a slide or two on timing / prioritization would be awesome.
