The idea that AI can spot our shadows is both terrifying (OMG I'm exposed) and liberating (If I can see it, I can be free of it!).
I personally had the immediate fantasy of uploading conversations with my ex, who I did conscious partnered shadow-work with, to see what it found!
I think we are all somehow consumed by our shadows and it brings to mind the necessity of cultivating humility, a trait that has become so overlooked in our society. I wonder if we pivot to a word like humility rather than vulnerability if it would make things less terrifying? A way to ease into ourselves with our own inner white flag raised, that we come in peace and no longer wish to battle ourselves and only want to surrender.
