We do not see things and the world as they are, we see them as we are. Sometimes our judgment is right, sometimes it is not.
Have you ever found yourself overthinking in any situation? What kind of situation is it? Are you aware of what causes you to overthink?

According to wikipedia.org Overthinking refers to thinking about a situation or topic for an excessive amount or in a simpler way thinking about (something) too much or for too long. It affects a person mentally as well as emotionally.
Overthinking can affect anyone without caring about their status and background.
It can have negative or positive effects depending on how someone reacts to the situation.
This is also a common trait if you are a perfectionist and fear failure.
Another reason can be that you have a lot of experience and face many situations and challenges in life.
As a result, you become overly protective, suspicious, and cautious.
Constantly ask yourself questions about things, people, and situations.
On the one hand, this can protect you from harmful situations.
But, it can cause you to try to avoid risks and take action to achieve your goal out of fear of failure.

Sometimes our judgment is right, sometimes it is not.
This is because all the sources of information and perspectives we have come from our past and are based on our experiences.
For example, you may have failed at something in the past.
It may have been an exam, a work project, a business deal, a relationship, etc.
From that moment until today, the memories haunt and hurt you.
Over time, you have learned a lot and practiced your skills to improve yourself.
Now you have more wisdom, knowledge, and experience.
Your skills, muscles, and memories are increasing, but there is something that is still holding you back, which is the memories of the past.
If you find yourself in this situation, here are 5 questions you can ask yourself:
1. Why do I have these kinds of thoughts?
2. Do they come from my past experiences or my doubts about the present situation?
3. When was the last time I had this thought and what happened then?
4. How is it related to my current situation?
5. If I hold on to this thought, what are the consequences for my life and future?
Overthinking can affect the way you respond to and interact with people and the environment around you.
It can cause you to overanalyze the situation and forget to live in the present moment.
When you become aware of this pattern and recognize the cause, it can help you control your circumstances.
It also gives you a sense of courage and power to reclaim your energy, time, and your purpose in life.
