-My Lifestyle Change

My name is Michelle Ekezie. I'm 15 years old and I'm in year 10. Weight loss doesn't necessarily mean starve or deny yourself of food, that's malnourishment.
My weight loss journey is that of both determination and serious will power. It's a life style change,It isn't an easy change, trust me, but it can be achieved! Fortunately for me, I already had someone who has made this change part of her lifestyle and I happened to have spent part of my summer holidays with her , my auntie Lily Adesokan of Dichefit, So all I had to do was fall into it.
But the key to this change , is simply planning and timing.
At the beginning of the experience, I lacked both of this. Maybe that was why it was so hard to stick to my menu. Instead of my daily rice bread, biscuits and spaghetti, I started getting used to healthy foods Instead of snacking on my usual biscuits and white bread, I started getting used to snacking on fruits and high fiber cracker.
No artificial Carbohydrates, this includes White foods such as rice, bread and spaghetti and absolutely NO SUGAR! It's working for me, I feel great, in control and also the number on the scale changed. If you need any help on how to follow this diet and maintain, Dichefit would be your best bet. After much research on this dieting topic, I realized this was the best method for me. Who knows maybe it is for you too.
