A simple smoothie breakfast option -

1 cup ejirin leaf(Common Name: Balsam pear, Bitter melon, Bitter gourd)

1/2 cup efirin leaves(scent leaf)

1/2 cup pineapples

1 spoonful lemon juice

1 thumb sized ginger

Direction- wash , cut and blend smooth !

Usually 1 cup of herb decoction is taken one or two times daily.
