Your re-tasked song along with your great humor give the often ignored gender issues a voice. The song is “tragically true” as Dennet points out, but your last line “Some people say I must live my life their way
But I know, I must be who I am” is supportive of and an encouragement to those of us in the LGBTQ community. I stand with you in that support.
We need to use satire and humor, like this song, as a tool to deflect the fear used by Trump, back to Trump. He cannot control people who do not fear him.
We know Trump is not in touch with reality. For example, if Trump were involved with close family members and relatives, he would know some of them are gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender. He would also know, over the years, the sex of one of his children changed. . . or was it one of his wives?
