Inigo’s 9th Birthday

My husband and I have been a bit cautious about splurging on a party or celebration. However, just like what every parent would wish to have, we wanted our only child’s special day to be a beautiful, happy and memorable one.

The plan was to have a special playtime and snacktime with his closest friends. The birthday boy voluntarily created his own play party digital invitation in Picsart.

With or without guests, it’s been our tradition to “craft” a current favorite themed decor which I think would help give our place that festive feels. My bro, Iñigo’s Ninong Bok, had given me a hand.

Daddy husband’s our all-time favorite event host. He’s also a lettering artist and so he created his winning chalkboard typography.

Party plates, cups, masks and the super nice Minion costume were special gifts from his Ninang Aie and Tita Natnat. The beautiful and yummy cake was home-baked with love by his Tita DJ.

Moreover, this month’s McDo Happy Meal perfectly completed the theme. My spaghetti was a blockbuster (No photo just overheard, hihi!) This semi-spontaneous party had cost us roughly half a thousand dirhams only. Hurray!

Iñigo’s 9th birthday celebration turned out to be unexpectedly the most uproarious, amusing, fun party we had at home. Thanks to the cutest minions who came and played and danced with us!

Thank you Jesus for another year and new memories to cherish with our world’s favorite boy.
