Favors is great, but I think Utah will have to choose between him and Gobert. Favors is more talented, but Gobert is an alien, so it’s not a difficult choice to make.

The thing is, Favors’ contract is so franchise-friendly (and his game is so quiet)that the Jazz probably won’t get equal value for him in a trade. But he’s a hell of an asset, that’s for sure.

I mean, wouldn’t you flip Paul George and a pick for Hayward, Favors and Exum in a heartbeat? Then again, would Paul George stay put in Utah (or in Indiana) come free agency?
