My Product Development Philosophy (WIP — updated: 10.9.2018)

For a few months now, I’ve been trying to put down on paper some of the ideas and processes that I’ve been using over the last few years as a Product Manager and try to develop them into a repeatable cycle that can be use in an end-to-end product development plan or as guides for individual sprints (or whatever you call your development cycles).

In the next few weeks I’ll try to break each component down into its own post.

In the meantime, please feel free to leave comments and questions, as this is very much a work-in-progress! :)
