Inflammation and How to Overcome It

What is Inflammation?
Many people are familiar with the name inflammation. In fact, most of them have heard the anti-inflammatory medications and diets in general. The inflammation is an immune system’s response when your wound swells up, or turns red and hurts. It helps to repair our injury, there are two types of inflammation one is acute and the other chronic.

Acute Inflammation: This inflammation is a minor one. The immune system will give immediate response to small injury and infections. The acute inflammation will go for a small duration of time. The immune system will pass the white blood cells to the affected area and protect it from spreading from any viruses and bacteria.

Chronic Inflammation: This type of inflammation is a long term duration and it will go for several months or even years also. Chronic inflammation can develop the diseases which are related to the heart, brain, skin and it may also cause a stroke. The risk cause of chronic inflammatory disease is more dangerous. It may cause into human death. The reason for occurring this inflammation is an unhealthy diet, too much pressure and stress, changing lifestyles etc.

How important the proper diet is to reduce inflammation

A proper diet is very necessary to deal with the any type of inflammation. In acute inflammation the wound will heal early if you have healthy diet meals. Chronic inflammation can be overcome by

ü Try to have less food that contains high saturated fats. Include more green leafy vegetable, fruits, cereals, sea foods in your diet every day.

ü Daily exercise is an important for your body. It helps to lubricate your body and joints which improves your energy level in the body.

ü Drinking ample amount of water is a symbol of healthy metabolism. It helps in flushing out a toxic from a system and gives a glow to your skin as well as keeping physique fit.

ü The lack of sleep is also being one of the reasons. Your body will get tired from working regularly. Doctors suggest a minimum of 7 to 8 hours of sleep is required for human body. Improper sleep prone your body to fully stress.
