Jan Dhan Yojana: The government launched this financial inclusion scheme in August 2014, with the aim of providing bank accounts to every household in the country. According to the government, over 43 crore bank accounts have been opened under this scheme so far.

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan: The Clean India campaign, launched in October 2014, aims to make India clean and free of open defecation by 2nd October 2019. The campaign has led to the construction of millions of toilets across the country and has resulted in a significant improvement in sanitation.

Make in India: Launched in September 2014, the Make in India campaign aims to promote manufacturing in India and attract foreign investment. According to the government, the initiative has helped India move up the ranks in ease of doing business and has led to a significant increase in FDI inflows.

Digital India: The Digital India programme aims to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. It has led to a significant increase in the use of digital technologies across various sectors in the country.

Ayushman Bharat: The Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, also known as Ayushman Bharat, is a healthcare scheme launched in September 2018. The scheme aims to provide free healthcare to around 10 crore families in India.

GST: The Goods and Services Tax (GST), a comprehensive indirect tax system, was launched in July 2017. It aims to simplify the tax system and reduce corruption by eliminating multiple layers of taxation.

Ujjwala Yojana: The Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, launched in May 2016, aims to provide free LPG connections to women below the poverty line. The scheme has led to a significant increase in LPG coverage in rural areas.

Swasth Bharat Yojana: The government launched this scheme in September 2018 with the aim of providing universal health coverage to all citizens by 2022. The scheme provides access to free medical treatment at government hospitals and health centres.

These are some of the major achievements of the Narendra Modi-led government in India. However, it is important to note that there are differing opinions on the effectiveness and impact of these initiatives.
