Again, I think that is a little too facile an explantation. Who is “the company?” The CEO? The executive leadership? The employees? The shareholders? In any significant organization, there are always a number of stakeholders with varying points of view. The central problem of leadership is not simply to make decisions, but to align stakeholders on a clear path forward.
