Why Learning Angular 2 Was Excruciating
Liz Bennett

I honestly would recommend checking out EmberJS. They have a pretty tight release cycle and structure around releasing alpha / canary versions and have had continuity of version development from their 1.x versions through 2.x (versions 1.13 and 2.0 are near identical, where features that are deprecated in 1.13 are just removed in 2.0). I used to dev in Backbone, and then Ember 1.x, then Angular 1.x, and now I’m back to Ember (2.x) and am so so happy to be in the Ember ecosystem again. Much much saner while still using a framework that is incorporating the new component-based paradigm and keeping up to date with new rendering engine (Glimmer).
