I’m sorry to hear about this. I disconnected a few of my connections at town hall last year and got a prepaid conversion done. It took another 2 visits to get 4g working.

The customer service people seemed quite immature to me comparing to many years ago.

In any case I have forwarded your post to a couple of contacts in Dialog as well. Let’s hope they can fix it.
