How To Write Satire

  1. Think of something funny. This may be hard for you but it is possible. Think of everyday experiences that are funny, and then twist them to be even funnier by making something ridiculous happen.
  2. Make something that is widely seen as true and expose it for being humorous. The irony is the focus of satire writing.
  3. Exaggeration. Exaggeration can show the true colors of something in real life by making people think more in-depth about it.
  4. Write as if you mean it. If you come across 100% serious in everything the reader thinks it’s really funny.

For one, you're completely out of the loop and without a proper read on the situation. If you want to get in the loop, you can’t. If you had started earlier you might’ve gotten it, but who knows even then. You may think I'm wrong and I don’t get it, but that would prove just how much you don’t get it. There is some hope you could get it, but that would take getting it, which you don’t. For you, you’ll have a hard time ever getting it, but you could try. If you try really hard you can reach your goals. The can is in the sentence because you cannot. Why? Because you don’t get it.
