You dismiss the murder of a White woman as the fault of a vast, existential threat, simply known as “most white people.” You then exhume the bodies of dead Black people, and call out their names and their loved-one's grief as if was our own, pinning their deaths and your own anger on “them.” In doing so, you succeed in essentializing and heightening an ideological conflict, divorced from the complications of its materiality, in order to aggravate potential followers, bait extremists into action, and finally and most importantly, draw attention to yourself. For someone who says they’re disinterested in white people, you certainly have learned a thing or two.
