Step 3: ORGANIZE

Put action reminders on the right lists. For example, create lists for the appropriate categories — calls to make, errands to run, emails to send, etc.

The main strategy in David Allen’s book is getting things on to paper instead of holding them in head. That’s why in the third step there is again information about writing things on paper. But here, there are groups of various tasks, which divided by themselves and written on different lists.

I apply this advice in my life. For example, an emergency numbers such as doctor’s number (first-aid, if my grandma will feel herself seedy), neighbour’s and taxi numbers, etc.
