Meet Chef Justin Scott!
It’s with great pleasure that we introduce you our Featured Chef of the month Justin Scott! You may have seen Chef Justin on the Rogers TV Healthy Living and Cooking Show or on CTV Morning Live. He has his Red Seal Professional Chef Certification and specializes in holistic cooking in Italian, French, Mediterranean and International Tea Fusion cuisine.
Chef Justin currently works at Pure Kitchen Vegetarian Food & Juice Bar and is a former member of the Kitchen Brigade within the House of Commons on Parliament Hill. He has cooked for Prime Ministers, Presidents, Senators, MP’s and Ambassadors.
