UNH Chef Wins Silver in Culinary Challenge
Congratulations to our amazing chef at Stillings Hall, Kevin Jacques, for winning the American Culinary Federation (ACF) silver medal in the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS) 2018 Culinary Challenge on April 5, 2018!
Chefs were tasked with creating a dish using littleneck clams, whole squid, and oysters sourced from Rhode Island. Chef Jacques put an Asian accent on the ingredients, creating ginger shrimp stuffed squid with Vietnamese oyster pie and littleneck fried rice.
