F*** You, I Quit — Hiring Is Broken

Sadly programmers don’t know that this is something that would be unaccettable in almost all other fields (I use almost because I don’t know them all). I guess it’s because they only worked as a programmer during their lives.

So they take the company sides, because they think this is normal.

But it is not normal, it is a big problem and something that can only be solved if programmers stop doing many wrong things. Programmers always attack each other, they always want to appear smarter in front of their bosses, they always want to prove they are the “clever kid in the class”, they can’t unite unless it’s making money for some big player, they don’t do anything to fight for their professional rights and to get better salaries and treatment.

So, your frustation is just, and you are doing a great service by publishin this because slowly many more programmers will wake up and in the future we will finally obtain the social status and professional authority we deserve.
